Returns

Online Orders- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

In-Store Orders- Our Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you purchased, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit 

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or receive store credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or receive store credit for.

Exchanges 
Send us an email at shop@shoetastik.com letting us know why you would like to exchange. We will then send you a shipping label on us! Send your item to: 5930 54th Ave N Kenneth City, Fl 33709, United States. Customer pays shipping fee for exchanged item to be sent back. Customer Service will send invoice via email for shipping fee once the returned shoe is received.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange . Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, print your free label that was sent in email. Next, mail your unused product to: 5930 54th Ave N Kenneth City, Fl 33709, United States. Once the item is received and expected we will then issue a store credit code or prepare to send requested item back to customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the item being sent back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
